1. Return Eligibility
Return Period: Within 30 days from the date you sign for the goods, if you are not satisfied with the purchased products, you can apply for a return if you meet the return conditions.
Product Status: The returned goods must be brand new, unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. All accessories, tagsetc. must be returned together. For example, the zipper, shoulder strap and other parts of the luggage are not damaged, and the original packaging box, manual, etc. are complete. If the product has signs of use, damage or missing accessories, it may affect the approval of your return application.
2. Return Process
Submit an application: Please log in to your account, find the luggage order that needs to be returned in the order management, click the "Apply for Return" button, fill in the reason for return (such as size discrepancy, color difference, quality problem, etc.) other information according to the system prompts.
Notification of audit results: After the audit is passed, you will receive a notification email or SMS containing detailed information such as the return address and return logistics requirements. If the audit fails, we will also inform you of the specific reasons, such as the return period has expired, the product does not meet the return conditions, etc.
Return of goods: You must choose the logistics method designated or approved by us to return the goods to the designated address within 3 working days after receiving the return notice. When returning, please be sure to properly package the goods to avoid damage during transportation. It is recommended that you keep the logistics order number and related vouchers of the returned goods to inquire about the logistics status and follow up.
3. Freight borne
Quality problems: If the return is caused by quality problems of the luggage itself (such as damaged fabrics, damaged hardware, workmanship defects, etc.), we will bear the round-trip freight. When applying for a return, you must describe the quality problem in detail and provide relevant photos as proof. After we confirm that the problem is true, we will refund the return freight you paid in advance in the original payment method.
Non-quality issues: If you initiate a return for personal reasons (such as not liking it, changing your mind, choosing the wrong style, etc.), you will be responsible for the return shipping fee.
4. Refund processing
Refund time: After we receive your returned goods and confirm that they are correct, we will process the refund for you within 3-5 working days. The refund will be returned to your payment account by the original route, and the specific arrival time may vary depending on the processing speed of the payment institution.
Refund amount: If the return is due to quality issues, the refund amount will include the product price you paid and the return shipping fee we bear; if the return is not due to quality issues, the refund amount is only the product price, not the return shipping fee you paid.
5. Notes
Return address: Please strictly return the goods according to the return address we provide, and do not change the address by yourself. If the goods cannot be returned or lost due to the wrong return address you filled in, you will be responsible.
Risk of product damage: When returning the product, please ensure that the product is securely packaged to avoid damage caused by collision, squeezing, etc. during transportation. If the product is damaged during return and it is not certain whether the problem existed before the return or was caused during transportation, it may affect your refund application. If the original packaging you use is not sufficient to protect the product, it is recommended that you use additional packaging materials for reinforcement.
